Funding
We can claim the following categories of funding:
- 15 hours of Free Early Education for Two-year-olds (FEET). This is available subject to certain criteria, and the Surrey County Council website has more information.
- 30 hours of Working Parent Entitlement (WPE) for 2-year-old children.
- 15 hours of Universal FEE Funding (Free Early Education) for all 3 and 4 year old children.
- 15 hours of Extended Working Parent Entitlement (WPE) for some 3 & 4 year old children.
All funding is claimed from the term after the childโs 2nd or 3rd birthday, depending on funding type. An annual funding declaration form will need to be completed at the start of the 1st term that they join us. You will also need to show your childโs birth certificate when completing the 1st funding form.
Please apply online for FEET, WPE and Extended WPE and share the confirming email with the FEET code, or 11-digit WPE code for us to check eligibility before a place is offered/agreed.
In addition, the Pre-School may be able to claim Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP) for your child, subject to certain criteria. View Surrey Family Information Service on surreycc.gov.uk for more details. Information to check eligibility is requested on the annual funding declaration form.
All information on funding choices, eligibility and applications for WPE codes can be found on the Best Start in Life website (www.beststartinlife.gov.uk).
